Betta has been awarded the 2025 Canstar Blue Award for Most Satisfied Customers in the Electronics Retailers category by leading consumer review and comparison site Canstar Blue.
In the latest Canstar Blue ratings, Betta was rated the top electronics retailer in Australia, receiving five-star reviews across all measured categories, including value for money, customer service, store and website experience, checkout experience, product range and overall satisfaction.
Canstar Blue’s research was based on responses from 3,242 Australians who had purchased electronics in the past year and rated their satisfaction with the retailer they bought from, making this one of the largest consumer satisfaction studies in the sector.
